Donations
The Center for Cuban Studies is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and all donations to the Center are tax-deductible. Donors to the Center are among our most-valued members because they help to insure that the Center’s mission will be fulfilled -- normalization of relations between Cuba and the United States which permit full cultural and educational exchange. All donations of $250 or more will receive a donor form attesting to the deductible donation. Please contact the Center if as a prospective donor you require additional information.
CCS Membership. The Center relies on membership and donations to continue its work. All members receive regular news updates concerning Cuba and the Center via electronic mail. Our CUBA Update website (www.cubaupdate.org) publishes information bulletins both about Cuba and the Center. All members receive regular mailings about Center-sponsored events, research programs in Cuba and developments in U.S.-Cuba relations. CCS members are entitled to a 20% discount on books and gift items for sale and are invited to members-only functions. Supporting and sustaining members, in addition, receive a 10% discount on purchases of Cuban art and are invited to special events with visiting Cuban artists and experts in various fields. Supporters and sustainers may call upon Center staff for special requests.
